Xcerra Corporation
A maker of semiconductor test and handling equipment — the machines that check chips and the handlers that move them during testing. Its roots trace to a 2014 merger combining LTX-Credence, a chip-tester maker, with Everett Charles Technologies, which made contact test sockets; the new name "Xcerra" was coined as the identity for the merged firm. Its testers are used by chipmakers and electronics manufacturers around the world.
