A China-based beauty group that makes color cosmetics and skincare, best known for its flagship brand Perfect Diary, whose lip, eye, and face makeup is sold directly to shoppers online. Founded in 2016 by a Sun Yat-sen University graduate, the company took its name from that university. Its Perfect Diary brand built a following partly through a virtual beauty advisor named Xiaowanzi and makeup palettes inspired by the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
