On August 28, 2024, we filed a federal antitrust lawsuit against Google LLC in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, based on allegations that Google has illegally abused its monopoly in the general search market to dominate the local search and local search advertising markets. We seek declaratory judgment, damages, restitution, and injunctive relief that addresses both Google’s past misconduct and protects against future anticompetitive behavior. Trial is currently scheduled to begin in September 2028. We are unable to predict the ultimate outcome of this case. We are also subject to legal proceedings arising in the ordinary course of business. Although the results of litigation and claims cannot be predicted with certainty, we currently do not believe that the final outcome of any of these other matters will have a material effect on our business, financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
