Multichoice Group Ltd
A South African media company that runs DStv, one of Africa's largest satellite pay-TV services, and GOtv, a digital terrestrial television service used by households across dozens of African countries. It grew out of M-Net, launched in 1986 as South Africa's first subscription television channel, and was spun off from media giant Naspers to list on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 2019. The name "MultiChoice" reflects the many viewing options the service offered when it first appeared.
