Borr Drilling Ltd

A Bermuda-based offshore drilling contractor that owns and operates a fleet of modern jack-up rigs used to drill for oil and gas in shallow waters around the world. Founded in 2016 by Norwegian shipping and energy entrepreneur Tor Olav Trøim, the company was originally called Magni Drilling before taking its current name. The name "Borr" comes from Norse mythology — Borr is the father of Odin, Vili, and Vé, the gods who created the world.
