A Chinese property management and smart-city services firm born from the Agile Group, the developer founded in Zhongshan in 1992. A-Living looks after homes, offices and public spaces, and brings "smart" touches to whole neighborhoods, from waste sorting and sanitation to urban lighting. Its parent spun it off into its own listed business in 2018, keeping the "A" from Agile in its name.
