Cfao SA
A trading and distribution group that has done business in Africa for nearly two centuries, CFAO imports, sells, and services vehicles (including Toyota and Suzuki) plus healthcare and consumer goods across dozens of African countries. It began in 1852 as Établissements Verminck, a Marseille trading house founded by shipowner Charles-Auguste Verminck, and its name comes from the French for "French Company of West Africa." Today it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's Toyota Tsusho.
