Abengoa Yield Plc
A company that owns and operates renewable energy and power infrastructure—concentrated solar plants, wind farms, and transmission lines—across the Americas, Europe, and Africa. It was spun off in 2014 from Abengoa, a Spanish engineering and energy firm, as a "yieldco" designed to hold clean-power assets. After Abengoa hit financial trouble, it rebranded as Atlantica Yield in 2016 to stand on its own, later becoming Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure.
