Altimeter Growth Corp

A blank-check company, or SPAC, set up by the investment firm Altimeter Capital to take the Singapore ride-hailing and delivery app Grab public. The vehicle, whose shares traded as AGC, merged with Grab in 2021 and the combined company listed on the Nasdaq. Unusual for a SPAC, it was purpose-built for a single target: Grab, Southeast Asia's widely used super-app for transport, food, and payments.
