Cc Neuberger Principal Holdings III
A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), or blank-check firm, created to raise money and buy an existing business. Backed by veteran dealmaker Chinh Chu and investment firm Neuberger Berman, it raised capital to acquire a technology company and ultimately merged with Paycor, a payroll and human-resources software firm serving thousands of employers across the United States. The combination took Paycor public, making the software maker a standalone listed company headquartered in Cincinnati.
