Mobix Labs, Inc.

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — a "blank check" firm with no operations of its own, formed in 2021 to raise money and merge with a private business. It focused on advanced manufacturing and advanced materials technology, and in December 2023 it completed its merger with Mobix Labs, a fabless semiconductor company, which then took over the Nasdaq listing. The name "Chavant" is a French surname tied to the word for "hut" or "cabin."
