Cohn Robbins Holdings Corp
A blank-check company, or SPAC, founded by Gary Cohn, a former president of Goldman Sachs, and investor Clifton Robbins to raise money and buy a private business to take it public. It was first called CSR Acquisition Corp. before taking its founders' names. The pair struck a 2022 deal to merge with European lottery operator Allwyn, but the merger fell through and the company liquidated, returning money to its shareholders.
