Corsair Partnering Corp
A blank check company, or SPAC, created by the private equity firm Corsair Capital to raise money and merge with a private business in the financial and services sectors, thereby taking it public. Corsair Capital itself began as a private equity practice inside J.P. Morgan in 1992 before going independent in 2006.
