Risk
We are subject to market
risks in the ordinary course of our business. These risks include credit risk, as well as foreign currency exchange risk.
Foreign Currency Exchange Risk
We have operations in several
countries outside of the United States, and certain of our operations are conducted in foreign currencies, principally the Euro
and the Australian Dollar, both of which fluctuate relative to the U.S. dollar. Accordingly, changes in the value of the Euro or
Australian Dollar could adversely affect the U.S. dollar equivalent of our non-U.S. dollar revenue and operating costs and
expenses and reduce international demand for our content and services, all of which could negatively affect our business, financial condition
and results of operations in a given period or in specific territories.
To date, realized foreign
currency transaction gains and losses have not been material to our financial statements. We have not engaged in the hedging of foreign
currency transactions to date, although we may choose to do so in the future.
