Dragoneer Growth Opportunities Corp

A blank-check company (a SPAC) created by San Francisco investment firm Dragoneer Investment Group, founded in 2012 by Marc Stad. It raised money on the New York Stock Exchange in 2020 to hunt for a high-growth tech company to merge with. In 2021 it merged with CCC Information Services, an auto-insurance software firm, and the combined company became CCC Intelligent Solutions — the cloud platform that connects insurers, repair shops, and parts suppliers to process car-accident claims and estimates.
