Embrace Change Acquisition Corp

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — a "blank check" firm with no business of its own that raises money from investors to buy or merge with a private company and take it public. Incorporated in the Cayman Islands, it went public in 2022 and has since signed a merger deal with Tianji Tire Global, a tire maker. Its name is a mission statement: it aims to back businesses riding waves of change and disruption.
