Endo International Plc

A specialty pharmaceutical company that makes branded and generic medicines, including well-known pain medications like Percocet and Percodan. It began in 1920 in New York City as Intravenous Products of America, founded by five Ushkow brothers, and took the name Endo Products in 1935. A fun quirk: even after the Endo name went dormant for years under DuPont ownership, most pharmacists still remembered it.
