Endurance Acquisition Corp

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, formed by an affiliate of private equity firm Antarctica Capital to raise money and merge with a business in space and wireless technology. It went public in 2021 and in 2022 combined with SatixFy Communications, a maker of satellite communication systems. Its name honors Sir Ernest Shackleton's ship Endurance, the vessel of his famed Antarctic expedition.
