Global Technology Acquisition Corp. I
A "blank check" company, Global Technology Acquisition Corp. I was a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed to raise money from investors and merge with a private technology business, targeting online marketplaces, fintech, and software-as-a-service firms across the US, Europe, and Latin America. Founded in 2021 by Fabrice Grinda, a serial entrepreneur best known for co-founding the online classifieds site OLX, the company went public but never completed a deal—its proposed 2024 merger with a Chinese art marketplace fell through, and it dissolved and returned money to its shareholders instead.
Class A ordinary shares — Liquidated October 2024
