Neuromind AI Corp
A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), or "blank check" company, formed in 2021 to hunt for a consumer-internet tech business across Europe, Israel, the UAE, or the US. Led by founder Eyal Perez, it went public on Nasdaq under the ticker GGAAU. Rather than buying a whole company, it instead acquired a portfolio of digital-therapeutics patents from the Swiss brain-tech firm MindMaze, then renamed itself NeuroMind AI Corp. Fun fact: as a SPAC it was a shell that existed to find a deal — and its deal turned out to be patents, not a company.
Class A Ordinary Shares — Now trading OTC as GGAAF after delisting from Nasdaq; renamed to NeuroMind AI Corp
