Agrico Acquisition Corp

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, formed to find and merge with a business in the agriculture, horticulture, and aquaculture sectors. Its name comes from the Latin root "agricola," meaning farmer or cultivator of the land. In 2022 it merged with Kalera, a vertical farming company based in Orlando, Florida, and the combined company took on the Kalera name and began trading on the Nasdaq.
