Hainan Manaslu Acquisition Corp.

A blank-check company, or SPAC, formed in 2021 to find a business to merge with. It raised money from investors and then, in 2023, combined with Able View, a brand-management partner for international beauty and personal-care brands in China, which then began trading on the Nasdaq. Its name comes from Mount Manaslu, the eighth-highest peak on Earth, whose Sanskrit name means "intellect" or "soul."
