A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — a "blank check" firm created to raise money and buy an existing business. Sponsored by an affiliate of Eldridge Industries and led by its co-founder Todd Boehly, it went public in 2020 and in 2021 merged with Vivid Seats, the online ticket marketplace, whose shares then traded under "SEAT." Fun fact: its name points to the "horizon" of a deal it hadn't yet made — like a promise to find a company to acquire.
Unit consisting of 1 Class A ordinary share and 1/3 of one redeemable warrant — Delisted after business combination with Vivid Seats
