Innovative International Acquisition Corp

A blank-check company, or SPAC, that raised money from public investors with the sole purpose of buying another business. It went public in 2021 hunting for targets in consumer technology, e-commerce, healthcare, and enterprise software, and in late 2023 it merged with Zoomcar, a car-sharing platform, becoming Zoomcar Holdings. The name "Innovative International" is a bit of a tease: as a blank-check shell it had no operations of its own — its entire business was the deal it would eventually strike.
