Lead Edge Growth Opportunities, Ltd

A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC)—a blank-check investment vehicle—created by the growth equity firm Lead Edge Capital to hunt for a merger with a software, internet, or technology-enabled business. It was set up in 2021 by Mitchell Green, the founder of Lead Edge Capital, and named for that firm. Rather than completing a deal, it liquidated in March 2023 after failing to find a merger within its two-year window, winding up its affairs and redeeming its public shares.
