World Quantum Growth Acquisition Corp

A "blank check" company, or SPAC, created in the Cayman Islands in 2021 to raise money through a public offering and then buy or merge with a private company — specifically ones in financial services and fintech across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Its leadership included Xavier Rolet, a former chief executive of the London Stock Exchange. Despite the "Quantum" in its name, it had nothing to do with quantum computing, and it never found a target to combine with, dissolving in early 2023.
