Marquee Raine Acquisition Corp

A special purpose acquisition company, or "blank check" company, that raised money through an IPO to buy or merge with an existing business. It focused on technology, media, and telecommunications, and in 2021 it merged with Enjoy Technology, a retail startup founded by Ron Johnson—the executive who created Apple's retail stores and the Genius Bar. Enjoy sent trained "experts" in mobile vehicles to customers' homes to hand-deliver and set up electronics, bringing the Genius Bar experience to the doorstep.
