A global fashion luxury group that owns three famous brands: Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace. It began in 1981 when designer Michael Kors — born Karl Anderson Jr., who picked his own name at age five when his mother remarried — launched his label. After buying Jimmy Choo and Versace, the company renamed itself Capri in 2019 after the glamorous Italian island, whose three rock formations symbolize its three brands.
