Nam Tai Property Inc.

A developer that transforms aging industrial land in Shenzhen, China, into modern technology and mixed-use parks where tenants can work, live, and play. It began in 1975 in Hong Kong as Nam Tai Electronics, a trading firm marketing calculators from Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan before turning to manufacturing and, later, real estate. The Cantonese name "Nam Tai" means "south and great," and the firm kept it when it rebranded as a property developer in 2014.
