Paysafe Limited
A London-based online payments company whose digital wallets Skrill and Neteller and prepaid paysafecard vouchers let people pay and get paid across the internet. The brand was born in 2015 when Optimal Payments bought the Skrill Group and rebranded. Its paysafecard, invented in Vienna in 2000 as "cash for the internet," lets shoppers pay online with a scratch-card code instead of a bank account or credit card.

Following the completion of the transaction reported in this Item 4 of Amendment No. 7, the Reporting Persons no longer beneficially own any Common Shares.
