Perception Capital Corp. II

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — a "blank check" firm formed in 2021 to raise money through an IPO and later merge with a private company to take it public. Founded by Perception Capital Partners in Wayzata, Minnesota, it targeted technology-enabled industrial and sustainability businesses. In October 2023 it merged with Spectaire Inc., maker of the AireCore™ portable device that measures emissions in real time, and the combined company now trades on Nasdaq as Spectaire Holdings.
