Svf Investment Corp

A "blank check" company — a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) created by SoftBank Investment Advisers, the manager of the SoftBank Vision Funds, to raise money and merge with a private technology business. The original SVF Investment Corp never found a deal and liquidated in 2023, but its sibling SVF Investment Corp. 3 merged with Symbotic, an AI-powered warehouse robotics firm, which then began trading on Nasdaq as Symbotic Inc. The "SVF" name comes from the SoftBank Vision Fund that backed it.
