A "neocloud" provider that rents out high-powered GPU computing to companies training and running artificial intelligence models, building large-scale "AI factories" for startups, enterprises, and research labs. The company began life in 2021 as TKB Critical Technologies 1, a blank-check company formed by investment firm TKB Capital to hunt for a merger in the critical-technologies space, and later merged with Australian high-performance-computing firm SharonAI, taking its name.
