Hang Lung Group Ltd
A Hong Kong property developer and landlord that owns and rents out office towers and shopping malls, many in mainland China under its "66" brand, such as Shanghai's Plaza 66. Founded in 1960 by Chan Tseng-hsi, it runs most of its property business through its listed subsidiary Hang Lung Properties. The "66" name comes from Plaza 66, a Shanghai mall whose office tower has 66 floors.
