Buzzi Unicem Spa

A maker of cement, ready-mix concrete, and aggregates, Buzzi Unicem supplies materials for roads, bridges, and buildings across Europe, the Americas, and North Africa. It was born in 1999 from the merger of two Italian family firms: Fratelli Buzzi, founded in 1907 by brothers Pietro and Antonio Buzzi, and Unicem, whose roots trace to a lime works started in 1872 in Casale Monferrato. In 2023 the parent renamed itself Buzzi SpA but kept the Buzzi Unicem name on its cement brands.
