Kansai Paint Co Ltd

A maker of paints and coatings for cars, buildings, and industry, headquartered in Osaka, Japan, and one of the world's largest in its field. Founded in 1918 by Katsujiro Iwai in Amagasaki, it took its name from the Kansai region where it began. A fun piece of history: it produced CELVA, the first lacquer ever made in Japan, in 1926.
