Agile Growth Corp.
A blank-check company, or SPAC, that raised money in 2021 to buy a technology business — software, fintech, healthcare IT, robotics, or education tech — but never found a target. Founded by Jay Bhatt, a veteran software executive who had led companies like Blackboard and Progress Software, it listed on the Nasdaq in March 2021. After two years of hunting without a deal, it redeemed its shares and dissolved in 2023, a common fate for SPACs that run out of time.
