Ion Acquisition Corp 3 Ltd.

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — a shell firm that raises money from investors to buy a private business and take it public. Created by ION Asset Management, an Israel-based investment firm, it listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2021 under the ticker IACC, aiming to merge with an Israeli technology company. It never found a partner, so in November 2022 it dissolved and returned its cash to shareholders — a common end for SPACs that run out of time.
