Ross Acquisition Corp II
A special purpose acquisition company, or "blank check" firm, Ross Acquisition Corp II was set up in 2021 to find a private business and take it public through a merger, with no operations of its own. It was founded by Wilbur Ross, the former U.S. Secretary of Commerce, alongside Stephen Toy and Nadim Qureshi of the private equity firm BroadPeak Global. The company hunted for targets in electric and autonomous vehicles, energy storage, and robotics — areas its leaders dubbed the "fourth industrial revolution."
Class A Ordinary Shares — Renamed to BPGC Acquisition Corp in September 2024; in merger discussions with iRocket as of 2025
