Exor NV
A holding company controlled by Italy's Agnelli family, Exor invests in and helps steer a portfolio of well-known businesses, including Ferrari, the automaker Stellantis, Juventus football club, and The Economist. Its roots reach back to 1927, when Giovanni Agnelli — who had co-founded Fiat in 1899 — set up a family investment vehicle to manage his shareholdings. The name "Exor" appeared in 2008 when two of the family's holding companies merged, and today the firm is headquartered in Amsterdam.
