A maker of Italian luxury sports cars and grand tourers, Ferrari builds supercars like the SF90 Stradale and 296 GTB hybrids plus its first SUV, the Purosangue, from its home base in Maranello. Founder Enzo Ferrari started the Scuderia Ferrari racing team in 1929 and began producing road cars in 1947. The famous prancing-horse logo was borrowed from the emblem of a World War I flying ace, with the yellow background added to honor Enzo's hometown of Modena.

Ferrari's growth engine shifted decisively toward pricing and mix. rose 21.0% to $8.4 billion and widened 0.6 points to 28.9%, as a 3.3% increase in shipments to 14,114 units was amplified by demand for higher-priced models and personalizations.
