In the normal course of business, we are exposed to foreign exchange risk, interest rate risks and other price risk, primarily related to changes in exchange rates and interest rates. We manage our exposure to these risks through the use of various financial instruments, none of which are entered into for trading purposes. We have established policies and procedures governing the use of financial instruments, specifically as they relate to the type and volume of such financial instruments.
