Cir Spa (formerly Cofide Spa)

A holding company from Italy that owns and grows businesses in healthcare and automotive parts. Through its subsidiary KOS it runs nursing homes, rehabilitation and behavioral-health facilities, while Sogefi makes filtration and cooling systems used by carmakers worldwide. It grew out of CIR (Compagnie Industriali Riunite), which industrialist Carlo De Benedetti built in 1976 from a Turin tanning firm, later controlled through his family's holding COFIDE—short for "Compagnia Finanziaria De Benedetti"—until the two merged in 2020.
