Among other additional locations, we have office space located in San Diego, California totaling approximately 203,000 square feet. Additionally, the Company owns a commercial office complex located in San Diego, California, which is presently leased and offered for lease to third parties. At a future date, the Bank intends to occupy this property as its headquarters.
