Kenon Holdings Ltd
A Singapore-based holding company that owns and invests in energy businesses, chiefly OPC Energy, which runs natural-gas power plants in Israel and the United States. It was created in 2014 when Israel Corporation, one of Israel's largest holding companies, spun off several of its assets — including the shipping line ZIM and the carmaker Qoros — into a new, independent company. Its shares trade on both the New York and Tel Aviv stock exchanges under the ticker KEN.
