Nordic American Offshore Ltd

A Bermuda-based owner and operator of offshore support vessels, chiefly platform supply ships that ferry cargo and crew to oil and gas platforms in the North Sea. It was created in 2013 as a spinoff from Nordic American Tankers, whose name it echoes to signal its shared lineage. In 2018 control of the company passed to Scorpio Offshore, part of the Scorpio Group.
