A provider of marine transportation, oil production, and storage services for the offshore oil industry, running shuttle tankers, floating production units, and support vessels in places like the North Sea and Brazil. It was formed in 2006 by Teekay Corporation, whose name comes from the initials of founder Torben Karlshoej. In 2020, after Brookfield took ownership, the company rebranded as Altera Infrastructure.
