Dover Motorsports, Inc.
A company that owns and operates NASCAR racing venues, including the one-mile concrete oval in Dover, Delaware, nicknamed "The Monster Mile." It was born in 2002 when the original Dover Downs Entertainment split in two, with the motorsports side taking the Dover Motorsports name while the casino and harness-racing business went its own way. The track itself opened in 1969, built by construction magnate Melvin Joseph, and its first NASCAR race was won by Richard Petty.
No Schedule 13D or 13G filings recorded.
