Blackstone Strategic Credit 2027 Term Fund
A closed-end "term" fund from Blackstone that pools money to invest in corporate credit — mainly senior secured loans and high-yield bonds from U.S. companies — with the goal of producing steady income. It's built with a built-in end date: the fund is set to dissolve and wind down around September 15, 2027, unless shareholders vote to extend it. It launched as the Blackstone Strategic Credit Fund, but was renamed in 2023 with "2027 Term" added so investors would know up front exactly when it planned to call it quits.
