Vanguard International Equity Index Funds

A family of index funds that lets everyday investors own a slice of stock markets outside the United States, from developed economies to emerging ones, by tracking broad global benchmarks. The funds are run by The Vanguard Group, the investor-owned investment company founded by John Bogle in 1975, which introduced its first international index funds in 1990. The name comes from HMS Vanguard, the British warship that led Admiral Nelson's fleet at the Battle of the Nile in 1798.
